How do we collect information from you?
We collect information from you when you submit a contact form, download a media asset that sits behind an email gateway or request to receive our newsletter. In these cases the type of personal data collected can include:
E-mail – this is necessary for response of contact and servicing of request (as per Article 6(1)(b) & Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR)
First and last name – again necessary for response of contact, servicing of request and personalisation of response (as per Article 6(1)(b) & Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR)
Place of work – used by us to understand the type of correspondence. We are also interested in keeping relevant individuals up to date with services which might be relevant to specific professionals (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR).
IP address – collected by analytics software used to understand how our website is accessed and used.
Occasionally we would like to send promotional marketing correspondence about relevant services and relevant sector news. We will always ask for consent (Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR) to do this and will not restrict your actions on the site in anyway.
