VSO wanted a way to talk to audiences about their social accountability Theory of Change that was accessible, compulsive reading and highlighted the unique relationship between the VSO volunteer and local people to deliver meaningful change across communities and countries.
We believe passionately in the power of storytelling. We worked with the global social accountability team to come up with a story based on a real example. We started with a script and rough sketches. Over the next month we worked on each aspect, refining both the story and the graphic treatment to ensure we had both just right.
