The task
Refuge engaged us to help them write, edit and
design their Annual Report. Working with the internal
team it became clear that there was also a need for
a comprehensive set of brand guidelines that truly
represented the organisation as it was now.
The process
We worked with them to define their new confident
positioning and to bring their work to the fore and are
currently working with them to produce guidelines
designed to engage and inspire their supporters.
The result
Since producing the Annual Report we have worked
with them on their ‘Unsocial spaces report’ dealing
with the nature and prevalence of abuse across social
media during the pandemic.
