Headway East London

Case study

The task

 Headway East London is a charity that works across London to support people affected by brain injury. They needed an agency to help them redefine their brand, represent the vibrancy of the organisation and showcase their members’ work. 

The process 

We held workshops with members, staff and interviewed their closest stakeholders to uncover what was special about Headway East London. Once we had a coherent visual and verbal style we applied it to their website.

We knew the website had a number of different audiences and throughout the build process we held focus groups to ensure we were meeting the needs of all their audiences throughout.

The result

Member-led revised brand positioning, a key messaging grid. Using their bespoke headline front and visual elements of the brand that were designed by members we designed and developed a brand new website that provides real insight to the critical work Headway East London do with those affected by brain injury.
