The task

The Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) is
a global network of organisations that make
it easier for individuals to give to charities
by advising on investments, support charities
to do more through their charity bank, and
connect companies to causes.

The process

We were engaged to help their global division simplify their message and amplify their voice. Helping them raise their profile and shape rather than respond to the changing ‘giving agenda’. In a post COVID world it is more important than ever that charities reach those most in need and are able to maximise their impact through expertise and efficiency. We worked with the CEOs of the global alliance partners in countries as diverse as Brazil, South Africa and Bulgaria.

The result

Revised positioning with supporting
corporate identity for the CAF Global Alliance.
Bespoke communications device, revised
supporting collateral, messaging framework
and templates for case studies.
Our work included the Covid-19 Impact Report,
revised brand positioning including a core
messaging framework, and a brand bible
enshrining the brand in the DNA of the network and
refreshed web pages for the CAF Global Alliance.
